Food Technology, Supply Creation and Distribution

Invico Ventures

We are a subsidiary of Invico Worldwide, with a strategy aimed at identifying the healthiest and most commercially viable products within their specific growing regions. We opportunistically deploy capital to vertically integrate technologies, supply chains, production facilities, and ingredient distribution into our existing network.

The Problem

With more than 8 billion people worldwide and a growing health crisis from nutrition-related diseases, our food and supply chains must be redesigned to make them healthier and more cost-effective.

Food Quality

Highly processed ingredients from food that have minimal physiological benefits continue to grow and negatively affect consumer health.

Cost of Consumption Quality

Healthier food options tend to have inaccessible prices for the majority. This forces consumers into poor diet choices and more health risks in the future.

Waste and Carbon Emissions

Producing food ingredients typically leaves massive waste streams and is carbon-heavy in production and distribution.

We aim to provide LPs with mid-teens unlevered yields, annual distributions and meaningful exit opportunities through deploying capital into developing ingredient supply chains from excess raw material and from nutrient-dense foods like Coconut, Avocado, Oat, and Acai.

Our Mission

Partnership with Invico Worldwide, our parent company, enables Invico Ventures to source proprietary opportunities, such as technologies that produce healthier food alternatives, enhance the functionality of nutrient-rich foods, and reduce production costs.

The Opportunity

Environmentally friendly focus

Invico Ventures is targeting environmentally friendly acquisitions with a focus on sustainable supply chains that utilize waste streams and reduce carbon emissions.
